2024 Olympic Beach Volleyball Qualification: A Journey to Paris

The journey to the Paris 2024 Olympics is heating up. Let’s dive into the sizzling world of Olympic qualifiers. Right now, teams are battling it out to climb the rankings. But we shouldn’t forget that, in beach volleyball, it's never over until the final serve.

The Road to Olympic Qualification:

The quest for Olympic glory began in February in Doha, Qatar, with the Volleyball World Elite16, marking the start of a thrilling journey towards the ultimate beach volleyball showdown in Paris. The qualification period will conclude on June 9, 2024.

Qualification Pathways:

The host country France gets one slot each in men's and women's events. The rest will qualify through: 

• 2023 Beach Volleyball World Championships Winners (1 men's team, 1 women's team).

• Top 17 Teams in the FIVB Olympic Ranking.

• Five Continental Olympic Tournaments offering the remaining 5 spots per gender.
